- ★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆I had a horrible experience at this location and will NEVER return to this particular UPS store again because of it. The manager was VERY rude to me and certainly doesn't know how to properly treat his customers. Long story short- I paid to ship my parcel. After seeing the price on the receipt it, I realized that I had chosen the wrong shipping method and definitely over-paid because I knew there was a cheaper way to ship it. So, I asked to switch & he told me "No, you can't do that." I asked why and he said "that's your fault and your mistake, I can't change it." Confused and a little shocked, I politely asked for a refund and for my things back, and he (rudely) said "No, that's what you chose, I can't change it." Irritated, I told him I would never be back to do business here again & the manager's response was, "GOOD!" Not only was he the rudest manager that I have ever encountered, but he also definitely does NOT value his customers! So, needless to say, that's the first and LAST time I will use that location.By Nichole T, January 05, 2017
